2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Eligible Returns

  • The product is in its original condition with all labels intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2.2 Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Authorization: Wait for our customer service team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
  4. Include RMA Number: Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the Product: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team

Important: Do not return products without first obtaining an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Return Shipping

4.1 Customer Responsibility

For standard returns (change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Ensuring the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit
  • Obtaining tracking information for the return shipment

4.2 Our Responsibility

We will cover return shipping costs if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product does not match its description

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product within 5 business days
  • If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

5.2 Refund Amount

  • For eligible returns, we will refund the full product purchase price
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

5.3 Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if:

  • The product packaging is damaged but the product is unused
  • Some items from a multi-item order are missing

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

8. Cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us immediately. We will process a full refund for cancelled orders.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the product following our standard return process.

9. International Returns

For international orders:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Any customs duties or taxes paid are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable
  • Please allow additional processing time for international returns
